FRUAD AT A GLANCE:
Here are two interesting letters from insurance companies thanking HUD for doing business with them. Unfortunately for me, the business that they were doing was putting insurance on property that did not belong to them. I have the unsigned policy with my loan number on it that indicates that they were talking about HUD. The name of :one company is called PGAC. Re: Policy No: GA6251989 and BRIONA J. BROWN.
"BRIONA BROWN: listed below are the payments that have occurred on your account within the past 12 months
Payment Date
05/24/19. $1,908.17
04/04/19. $341.91
02/28/19. $458.19
When I called PGAC they identified themselves as a collection agency for HUD. There is no signature from me on neither insurance policy. As I have often said before, I have a contract with 107 pages in it and not but three signatures on it, me
And the two sellers. This is the only time in this whole contract that I am referred to as a purchaser. HUD always call me a borrower. The person who referred to me as a purchaser was my realtor. The reason that there are no signatures in this 107 pace contract. It's because each person that was involved knew that there was fraud being implemented.
